Thiruthetriambalam (Thirunangur) is situated at 08 KMs from Sirkazhi.

Perumal is the presiding deity and called Pallikonda Nathar with Goddess Senkamalavalli Thayar.

Mangalasasanam of this temple done by Thirumangai Alwar.

After destroying Dhaksha’s yaga, Shiva performed Rudra thandavam endlessly in 11 forms. To pacify him Lord Vishnu appeared in 11 forms and called Ekadasa Rudra and Vishnu Sthalams.

This is 37th temple among 108 Divyadesams of Perumal.
Perumal is facing East in Sayana thiru kolam.
Out of 108 Divya Desam temples this is the only temple called Ambalam.
